Carolyn Nelson, Team Leader

Carolyn Nelson is the Team Leader for Online REPA. She manages the entire communication process between team, client, buyers, sellers, investors, asset managers, and other parties to each transaction.  Carolyn has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, 25+ years  in customer service/management, holds the NAR REPA and UREATC designation as a Real Estate Professional Assistant,  Real Estate Support Specialist with emphasis in REO, Listing, and Closing Services. Carolyn has also completed 18 hours of training at CPCC for Real Estate Assistants, multiple real estate related training programs in the areas of listing, marketing, and closing, in addition to the NC Real Estate Pre-licensing Class.

William Dobbs, Assistant Team Leader

William Dobbs is the Assistant Team Leader for Online REPA. He is responsible for initiating all closing services in the Point2Close Portal, setting up new clients, and perform routine customer service satisfaction surveys.

Jamillah Nelson, Assistant

Jamillah is the data entry clerk for Online REPA. Her primary role is to update all property listing twice a week, setup new transactions,  and input BPO data in to various BPO Portals.

 Online REPA also utilize the services of four (4) additional assistants on an as needed basis.
